The certification is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and helps provide a framework for businesses to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements, and to enhance customer satisfaction.

The certification is reviewed annually and focuses on continuous improvement, strong customer focus, leadership involvement, and process approach.
