To apply for an account, you can either fill in an application form in your local branch, or use our online application form.
You will need to complete your application in branch by showing a few documents. When visiting the branch you should bring with you:
• One invoice from a supplier, made out in the company name, showing you currently buy the products Stax sell for your business
• One recent utility bill for your business address
In order to log in you must be an existing Stax customer. Simply fill in the registration form and your login details will be sent to your email address.

Yes, Stax Trade Centres provides data feeds in two formats, XML and CSV.

Once you are logged into your online account, you can create a shopping list for you to print and take with you when you come into branch. This is not an order form. To enquire whether online ordering is available to you, please speak to your branch manager.

Yes, if you are an existing customer, you can see the stock availability after logging into your account.
Please note that stock positions are approximate & change regularly. This offers no guarantee of actual availability so please check with the branch before travelling.
It is possible to reserve certain products, however, this is subject to availability. Your section manager will be able to tell you if certain items can be reserved. These are listed on our branches page (please make sure to click on your local branch).

Stax is usually cash and carry only, but we do offer a delivered wholesale service depending on a variety of criteria. Please speak to your branch manager to see whether a delivery service is available for you.
