Kitchen Showroom investment delivers early results
Over the past year, Stax has made a significant investment in the development of five new kitchen showrooms, designed to support trade customers with inspirational displays, expert advice and a seamless quotation process.
Throughout January, these showrooms saw high levels of engagement, with customers responding positively to the quality of the environments, the strength of the ranges on display and the expertise of our teams. Feedback from the trade has been particularly encouraging, with many highlighting how the showrooms support them in winning business, specifying with confidence and converting quotes into orders.
The impact of this activity is clear. Kitchen sales for January were up 49% year-on-year, and with a strong and growing pipeline of live quotations, we’re looking ahead to another positive sales period in the months to come.
Trade VIP scheme continues to grow
January also saw strong momentum behind our Trade VIP scheme, with an additional 250 customers joining during the month. This growth reflects the continued engagement of trade customers who value competitive pricing, exclusive offers and a partnership approach.
The Trade VIP audience represents some of our most loyal and highest-spending customers, and Stax remains committed to rewarding that loyalty. Members can continue to expect strong monthly deals, tailored promotions and ongoing investment designed to help them stay competitive and profitable.
