Stax Announces Internal Promotion Highlighting Long-Term Investment in People and Head Office Capability Stax has announced the promotion of Sarah Robinson to the role of Trainee Range Co-ordinator, effective 5th January 2026, reinforcing the company’s commitment to internal progression and continued investment in its head office infrastructure.

Sarah first joined Stax in August 2007 at the Leeds branch as a Receptionist. Over more than 18 years, she has progressed through a variety of roles across the business, including Senior Receptionist, Cashier, Senior Sales and Purchase Manager. This latest promotion marks a significant next step into category and range management.

In her new role, Sarah will support category management activity, including range planning, development and promotional strategy, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Stax’s product offer.

Her progression reflects Stax’s long-standing approach to developing talent from within — recognising performance, adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges — while also strengthening head office capability to better support suppliers, branches and customers.
