New Brexit shipping measures came into place from January 1st which changed the way we import and export our products. However, we’ve worked hard to ensure we’re ahead of the new shipping regulations.
In response, we’re adding three pieces of to customer invoices, which will accompany orders when they are shipped into or out of the UK or EU.
This information, along with all relevant product details, is also available for customers to quickly view and download from the account dashboard section on the Stax website.
Commodity codes
Commodity codes classify goods for import and export out of the UK or EU and are required so that we can fill in declarations and other paperwork.
Country of origin
Required to establish the country of origin of imported and exported goods and to help identify those which qualify for lower or nil Customs Duty.
Weight
Net weight in kg and total gross weight in kg of the goods is now included on invoices.
