Stax Trade Centres is pleased to announce some exciting changes to their sales team coverage out of their Stax Birmingham branch.
Chris Tongue has recently re-located to East Anglia in a move designed to better support Stax’s existing and growing customer base in this area. Chris has in depth knowledge of the gardening category underpinned by his horticultural background however, is fully conversant across the wider Stax offering including, their extensive Own Brand offer and the DIY category. He has a passion for customer service and supporting customers in the sustainable and profitable growth of their businesses. As well as East Anglia Chris will continue to cover Northampton, Bedford and Cambridgeshire and down through Hertfordshire and Essex to the M25.
As part of the changes Dean Greatorex will pick up the Derbyshire and Leicestershire area of the country from Chris whilst retaining Sheffield South and Nottinghamshire. Dean has been with Stax for 3 years having held similar positions with a number of industry leaders including, Ronseal, ICI Paints, Rollins and Gem Gardening so has a wide knowledge of our product range and has many customer contacts on the area.
Dean, Chris and all the Stax Birmingham customers will also have the support of the newly formed telesales team working out of the branch, delivering over 40,000 products across Timber, Building, DIY, Tool, Electrical, Housewares and Seasonal product categories.
