PRICE MATCH TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Price match up to 7 days after purchases made in store only.
• Price match only applicable on shelf prices.
• Item must be in stock at Stax and with the supplier we are matching.
• Evidence must be shown in the form of a current printed invoice or brochure from competing supplier. Online prices cannot be compared because they may reflect special terms.
• The price must be available to all customers and must not include special personal terms or discounts.
• The price match will only be given on selling price and non-promotional packs - i.e. they must not include bulk buys, BOGOFS, free stock or multi-buys, etc.
• For branded price match products, the item must be identical in every way, including size, packaging, colour, features, etc.
• For own brand items, the price match item must be comparable and any decision given will be at the manager's discretion.
• The equivalent product must be in stock at a competitor's store within a 10 mile radius of Stax.
• Price matches will not be accepted for items on clearance, end of line, in closing down sales or available online only.
• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor.
• No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used with a price match.
• Price matches after purchase will require proof of purchase.
• Typographical errors shall not apply.
• Stax Trade Centres reserve the right to withdraw the price match at any time.
