The Manchester, Leeds & Birmingham Stax Branches have a cafeteria that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day. The cafeteria is used by staff and customers but Stax subsidises the cost for staff who buy at reduced rates.

Main duties
To produce a clear and accurate plan from customer measurements.
To advise customers on ranges and costed solutions to their plans.
Making sure all information is accurately communicated to the customers.
Liaise with the Buying Office and ensuring any problems are fully resolved to ensure ordering is carried out without any problems.
Take payment in a confident and correct manner ensuring paperwork is fully completed
Follow up existing customers of produced plans not turned into a sale.
Prepared to travel for training purposes
