Leading wholesaler Stax Trade Centres will be exhibiting for the first time at Glee this September, launching their new range of Ambassador premium quality garden tools.Ambassador tools

Ambassador gives garden centres a comprehensive range that includes spades, forks, rakes, hoes, secateurs, loppers, shears, planters and other small garden hand tools. With lengthy quality guarantees this high performance collection gives retailers confidence and gardeners a better choice of durable garden tools.

Both the digging and hand tools are available in carbon or stainless steel variants with ergonomically designed handles. The digging tools have either wooden shafts, poly shafts or ash handles. The hand tools are available with a soft grip or wooden handle.

Purchase Director Simon Wright commented,
“Our aim is to provide retailers with a 3 tier choice of digging tools giving them a good, better and best proposition. The carbon steel range with a wooden shaft are the entry level tools with the stainless steel range with poly shaft providing the better option and the top of the range being the stainless steel tools with an ash shaft.”

A wide selection of secateurs, pruners, loppers, shears and planters complete the range, providing garden centres with a premium tool solution for most garden tasks. All loppers have coated high carbon steel blades for smoother cutting, as well as handles designed for comfort and safety.

Wright continued,
“These superb quality lines offer a competitive pricing structure with excellent margins for retailers. The products are complemented by packaging with excellent shelf presence and long lasting guarantees, so we’re confident of high sales volumes for our customers.”

As part of the launch Stax will be offering extra discounts as well as a range of stock-and-stand deals. Customers will be able to place orders both at Glee and Stax’s Big Brands Show in September, with stock available for delivery from January.
