Recently added to the comprehensive choice of plumbing fittings available from Stax is the Pipelife range of pipes and fitting.

For installers wanting to keep their costs down without compromising on quality Pipelife is an ideal choice.  Pipelife barrier pipe and fittings are manufactured and Kitemarked to British Standard 7291 Class S and are WRAS approved – the same specification as other leading brands.

Installers can choose from two types of barrier pipe, guaranteed for 50 years, manufactured to the same specification:  Qual-PB (Polybutylene), available in grey or white, is great to work with when a more flexible pipe is required; Qual-PEX, available in white only, is Pipelife’s ‘original’ barrier pipe and offers extremely good value.

A range of demountable fittings in grey or white can be used with either type of pipe.  Widely installed in the UK for many years, Pipelife’s Qual-PEX was the very first PEX pipe in the world to be awarded the BS Kitemark in 1989.  The new range is now available from all Stax branches.
