October’s return of Autumnwatch to BBC Two, saw bird related product sales spike across the UK, with bird food and accessories literally “flying” off the shelves.

Bird baths, feeders, nesting boxes and feeds were the biggest sellers with sales expected to continue well into winter following the popularity of the BBC programme.

“At Stax we stock a wide range of bird and pet care lines that have been hugely popular with our garden centre retailers, partly off the back of the popularity of Autumnwatch, but also general seasonality.
