Stax Trade Centres named ‘Supplier of the Year’
 

Leading UK multi-channel wholesaler, Stax Trade Centres walked away with the coveted ‘Supplier of the Year’ award at bira’s annual conference and awards ceremony.

The event was held at Bristol’s Marriott Royal Hotel on Monday 8^th May and was attended by a host of notable and respected figures from the retail community.


The ever-popular conference started at 10AM with a welcome from National President, Vin Vara. The day featured talks from some of the brightest minds and businesses in retail on a wide range of current topics and issues, with Stax Joint MD David Hibbert on hand to give a presentation on starting up in e-commerce. There were also various opportunities for networking and refreshments amongst the attendees.

The awards ceremony and reception took place later on in the evening to honour the achievements, talent and hard work of a number of businesses associated with bira, with Stax being called out as winner of the prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year’ category.   

On their triumphant win Stax Operations Director, Nigel Wright, who was in attendance, commented:
