We love an award at Stax, but never more so than when it’s for outstanding customer service, which is what we aim for at all times. Recently it was our Glasgow branches turn to be recognised for their excellent customer service in the form of an award from Mica.

The award, which is selected by popular vote from Mica members is awarded to suppliers who consistently provide quality service. An area in which Stax Glasgow has dedicated significant resources and time into improving over the last few years.

Mica Chief Executive, Michael Ball spoke about the reason for Stax Glasgow’s selection, he commented: “The Representative Team Award is given for customer service excellence by reps and/or a customer service team.

Stax Glasgow have lived up to this billing this year with a greatly improved customer service level, and this shows as the winner is selected by votes from the Mica Membership.

I’d like to offer my congratulations on behalf of all the Scottish Mica Members to all the team in Glasgow for this well-deserved win.”

Stax Operations Director, Nigel Wright also commented: “It’s a brilliant award to win, especially as it highlights the fantastic efforts that have been made at the Glasgow branch to provide exceptional customer service. It’s great to get this recognition from the Mica members who voted for Stax.

A massive well done to all of the team at Glasgow who have made us all proud and demonstrated our values perfectly.”
