Excelling in customer service is one thing we really aim to do at Stax Trade Centres, so when one of our branches receives an award for exactly that it’s cause to celebrate! This year it was our Birmingham branch that was presented with the annual award from Mica, taking on the mantle from last year’s winners, which just so happened to be our Glasgow branch.

Both Mica, an co-operative voluntary trading group, and the team here at Stax are dedicated to supporting independent retailers to succeed. Stax members can benefit from low wholesale prices on over 40,000 products from 1,000 leading brands in addition to a rebate scheme, StaxPerx, up to 60 days interest free credit and carriage paid delivery*.

The coveted award is decided by popular vote amongst Mica members, who are asked to place a vote for the supplier they felt most consistently provided exceptional customer service. It’s an award well deserved for the Birmingham team, who have been highlighted as the best customer service provider out of all Mica suppliers.
