The International Housewares Association (IHA) is the latest organisation to support the industry charity the Rainy Day Trust. 

The IHA, started in 1938, has been dedicated to promoting the sales and marketing of housewares. The centre of its activities is sponsorship of the International Home + Housewares Show in Chicago. This year's event had 2,100 exhibitors and 60,000 attendees from over 120 countries. The show took place between 15TH and 18th March.

The IHA's Derek Miller said: "We are delighted to do our bit for those in our industry who, for whatever reason, have fallen on hard times. We are looking forward to developing our relationship with this most worthwhile organisation."
