Brintex, organisers of the Totally DIY & Totally Tools shows, has appointed a new show director to run the shows in their new home at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
Paul Grinsell, who has been the shows’ director of sales since he joined in 1997, was promoted to the bigger role of show director recently.
“No one who knows Paul, and most people in the DIY & tools industry do, will doubt his dedication and commitment to the shows or his encyclopaedic knowledge of the industry,” said Malcolm Taylor, managing director of Brintex. “We’re delighted that he has agreed to take on the role of running the shows.”
Commenting on his appointment, Paul restated his commitment to the industry and to the shows saying, “I’m driven to realise the shows’ full potential and to work with the suppliers and visitors to deliver the shows they want and need, and particularly so in their 20th anniversary year in 2014.”
The 2013 Totally DIY & Totally Tools shows will run at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on 10, 11 and 12 February.
