In a move designed to improve access and flexibility for Scottish garden retailers and trade buyers, Deco-Pak and Stax have announced a new distribution partnership.
Published 13th March 2026

The collaboration brings together Deco-Pak’s market-leading decorative aggregates and landscaping products with Stax’s established regional distribution infrastructure, creating an additional service option for retailers seeking more flexible order volumes and consolidated deliveries across Scotland.
Developed in response to evolving market conditions and growing demand for agile supply solutions, the partnership will support independent retailers, DIY merchants and trade customers who require dependable access to core landscaping lines, particularly in regional and harder-to-reach locations.
The initiative will initially focus on a curated core range of Deco-Pak’s proven, best-selling seasonal products, enabling customers to plan ranges confidently while maintaining efficient stock levels during peak trading periods.
David Hall, Commercial Director at Deco-Pak, said:
“Scotland is an important market for us, and we’ve seen increasing demand for greater flexibility in how retailers access product.
Working with Stax allows us to provide an additional route to market that helps retailers consolidate orders and access our core range more easily. It’s about making it simpler for customers to get the products they need when they need them.”
Simon Wright, Joint Managing Director at Stax, added:
“This partnership with Deco-Pak is a natural fit for Stax and strengthens the range of landscaping and garden products available to our customers across Scotland.
By combining Deco-Pak’s strong product range with our distribution network, we can give independent retailers greater flexibility, improved availability and the convenience of ordering these lines alongside their wider product mix.”
Together, Deco-Pak and Stax expect the partnership to provide retailers with improved availability, simplified ordering and increased confidence when planning seasonal ranges.
