The doors opened at the new Stax Glasgow Trade Centre on 30th August and since then the branch has been a non-stop hive of activity!

After last week’s successful two-day Big Brands Trade Show, this Thursday 17th September from 11.30am sees the Official Opening take place, hosted by Sky Sports News presenter Hayley McQueen, who incidentally is daughter of Scottish footballing legend Gordon McQueen!

All Stax Glasgow customers are invited to come down to the branch from 11.30am to meet Hayley and take part in the Stax Trade Challenge, where the Ultimate Tradesman will be crowned not only with the envious title, but with a shed load of trade prizes!

Hayley will be running the Trade Challenge between 12.00pm and 2.00pm, where a number of timed games will pit tradesmen against each other to find Glasgow’s top electrician, decorator, builder as well as a power-tool drill challenge applicable to all. The Lucky winners will each walk away with some great prizes as well as picking up spot prizes and freebies during the day!

Also in store broadcasting between 11.30 and 2.30pm will be Clyde 1 radio, who will be giving away a 42” HD TV, a DeWalt drill set and £100 Stax voucher to lucky customers drawn out on the day!

We also have a number of free trade giveaways including t-shirts, tape measures and van travel mugs, so get down there from 11.30am to make sure you catch it all!

If you haven’t already registered as a customer of Glasgow’s newest trade only non food wholesaler make sure you come down on Thursday to take part in the fun and check why you should make Stax your No 1 Trade Supplier!
