The inaugural Big Brands Trade Show has been declared a resounding success – with over 90 brands represented and thousands of retailers descending on Stax Manchester to attend the show.
The two day event, which took place on Tuesday 27th to Wednesday 28th September, attracted Stax retail customers from all over the UK, and as far afield as Gibraltar.
With so many suppliers attending the show, retailers were fortunate to receive a wide range of supplier support with deals covering almost all areas of their stocked business. From top tool brands such as Black & Decker, Stanley, Ryobi and Worldwide, to big name garden brands such as Scotts, Bayer, Doff and Maxi Crop, customers were really spoilt for choice.
Stax Joint Managing Director, David Hibbert, commented,
“We’ve attended numerous trade shows on behalf of Stax, and as most people will know, the suppliers and offers are more geared towards larger retailers and larger orders. The Big Brands Trade Show differs, in that it was designed to help independent retailers, with all visitors able to take advantage of the offers regardless of their size. This unique proposition, along with the great offers were certainly the key success factors behind the show.”
Additional to the offers, a number of lucky customers scooped some top prizes at the show. All customers who placed orders via the reps received Big Brand Show raffle tickets, with winners being drawn at various points throughout the event.
