Who qualifies for the cashback offer?
To be eligible for a personal Trade VIP card you must:


• Have an active membership account with Stax Trade Centres


• Have a valid email address and opt in to receive email communication about promotions relating to the card

Applications must be completed in branch and payment for the Trade VIP Card made on the day of purchase.

Which products are eligible for the cashback?


• Chippendale kitchens with a minimum spend of £1,000, quoted and purchased after 1st October 2025, are eligible for cashback.


• Bathrooms: bathrooms to love, Bathrooms2Go and K-VIT special orders with a minimum spend of £250, quoted and purchased after 1st November 2024.
Scudo special order bathrooms with a minimum spend of £ £150, quoted and purchased after 1st March 2025, are eligible for cashback.

• Other: K-RAD Designer Radiators with a minimum spend of £100, quoted and purchased after 1st November 2024.


Additional brands may be added to the scheme in the future for permanent or temporary offers. These will be communicated to you via email.


When will I receive the cashback?


On payment of the full invoice balance, and delivery of the kitchen/bathroom has been made.


How will I receive the cashback?


Cashback will be generated by our kitchen planner and raised by the returns department. Monies may be taken in cash or gift vouchers, whichever you prefer.
 Cashback can be claimed for 90 days following delivery of the eligible purchase.


Can I receive more than one cashback?


Yes, cashback is valid on all eligible product purchases, made for the validity of your membership.

Monthly savings – 1st - 30th November 2025

Trade VIP members will also be eligible for Trade Rebate, claims for this should be made in the usual manner.
