Product Application

Product Use

• Dig a hole to the correct dimensions according to the post size (refer to product yield table)
• Fill the hole halfway with water and position the post vertically in the hole
• Pour Post 10 evenly into the hole and around the post up to the water level. Sprinkle any visible dry powder with water.
• Immediately adjust the level and position the post as required and support for 5 minutes, or until setting begins.
• Lightly tap the surface to remove any trapped air

Multi-Purpose Concrete

Micro Concrete Application
Kilsaran KPRO Crete Multi-Purpose Micro Concrete is a fine concrete mix suitable for use in all general concrete work, both internally and externally. This versatile micro cement is ideal for a wide range of applications, including:

• Constructing or repairing footpaths, driveways, patios etc.
• House, wall and shed foundations
• Laying of draining channels and services
• All other general concrete work.

Micro Concrete Use
Kilsaran Multi-Purpose Micro Concrete should be mixed with 2.5 – 3.3 litres of clean potable water to create a workable concrete mix. Slight water adjustments may be required to obtain the desired consistency. Excessive addition of water will weaken the micro concrete mix considerably.

3:1 Sand & Cement

Kilsaran KPRO Crete 3:1 General Purpose Sand & Cement is a concrete mix suitable for general purpose sand and cement mix for a wide range of applications. Our General Purpose Sand & Cement is ideal for:

• Minor concrete repairs
• Masonry patch repairs
• Bedding mix for paving units
• Mortars for stonework

Product Use
3:1 General Purpose Sand & Cement can be mixed in a semi-dry state for use as a bedding or haunching mix should be combined with 2.0 – 3.0 litres of clean potable water to create a workable concrete mix. If using the material for patch repairs, cut back edges of surrounding material and prime if necessary, with a suitable primer (such as Kilsaran Priming Slurry) immediately before installation.

Quick Fix Macadam

Kilsaran Quick Fix Macadam is the ideal solution to make permanent repairs to:

• Potholes
• Driveways
• Footpaths
• And many other surfaces

This is a cold applied, instant and permanent asphalt repair material that will perform similarly to hot laid tarmacadam. It can be used straight away in wet or dry conditions, it does not require any heating, it can be applied at temperatures between -10°C to +35°C and is very easy to use. Quick Fix Macadam is manufactured with a high polished stone value (PSV) to ensure a safer driving surface and increased durability to your repaired surfaces.

General Purpose Render

Product Application
Kilsaran Façade GP Render is a general-purpose rendering mortar designed for multi-coat render systems. Kilsaran GP Render is formulated for use as a backing coat (scratch) and finishing top coat in external rendering and internal plastering.

Product Use
Kilsaran GP Renders are suitable for both hand and machine application. In all instances, Kilsaran GP Render should be used and applied in strict accordance with EN 13914, Eurocode 6 and SR325 and the manufacturer’s instructions. No scud coat is required when applied by a spray rendering machine, however, if the material is being hand, applied Kilsaran recommend the use of a suitable scud coat.
