Salaries are competitive with most other national wholesalers and are paid monthly by direct debit straight into your bank account.
All staff have the opportunity to earn bonuses and some staff have an opportunity for overtime.
Our staff discount policy allows you 20% off non-promoted lines.
A subsidised cafeteria is provided for customers and staff alike with hot meals available at breakfast, lunchtime and evenings. Where appropriate uniforms are provided.
We provide a minimum of 29 days holiday, and up to 34 days depending on your length of service. Bank holidays included
Stax operate a company pension scheme and all employees are invited to participate.
Initial training covers all aspects of the company training programme and staff proficiency is marked with Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.
Stax currently operate a permanent health insurance scheme and, under certain circumstances, you may receive a proportion of your basic pay if you are absent from work long term due to illness or accident.
Stax currently operate a death in service benefit which pays three times basic salary.
If staff have a grievance of any kind they are encouraged to direct this through line management. If they are unable to obtain a satisfactory reply, our Chairman Eddie Brady’s door is always open.

Employees have the right to take part in activities of Associations or Unions outside of their working hours or at any such time during working hours as agreed with the company.
