SupaLite offers brighter margins

Supa have introduced a wide range of non-mains powered, top quality lights and torches, which will provide retailers with ample choice for their shoppers and tradesmen with valuable tools for those light starved jobs. As the nights draw in and the threat of power cuts doubles, many people are left scrambling for a light source when it is most needed.

Fortunately, the SupaLite branded range offers 19 new lighting solutions at all four of the Stax branches, Sam’s Trade Centre and Mica stores. These new products include torches, work lights, lamps and heavy-duty lanterns, all of which offer premium quality and excellent margins.

The 13 new torches and lanterns include 3 wind-up and hand powered super bright LED torches – with over 100,000 hours of bulb life these make the use of batteries completely redundant. Other new torches are weatherproof, metal LED torches, durable as well as a further 5 rubber torches.

In the work light range, are 3 highly convenient, problem-solving products. The cordless LED work light provides a mains rechargeable 1200MCD ultra bright LED hanging light, offering a convenient solution for camping and multi-trades, and is resistant to water, oil and shock. The unit includes both a 220v charger and 12v car charger.

Also new are 2 push light products, which offer indoor lighting convenience without the need for an electrician or cables. The push lights can be installed anywhere with adhesive fixings and are simply turned on or off by pushing the unit.

Range negotiator Simon Wright commented,

“We are expecting the new SupaLite range to be very popular over these coming months as they offer excellent quality and great margins for retailers. In particular we foresee that the pack of 3 multi-purpose LED push lights will be top sellers – these lights offer a highly convenient alternative to wired under cabinet pelmet lights for kitchens, with no need for any complex wiring and they offer the exact same desired effect.”

Supa has seen a real growth in sales over the past 12 months with the range now encompassing over 1000 lines across gardening, tools, DIY, housewares, heating, lighting and electrical.
