Stax joins the Horticultural Trades Association

Stax Trade Centres has recently been accepted as a member of the Horticultural Trades Association.

In the past 12 months Stax has significantly increased the gardening ranges stocked which in turn has led to an increase in gardening sales which now account for more than £15 million at trade.

2009 saw the launch of Stax’s first ever gardening catalogue. The 120 page catalogue lists all of Stax’s gardening lines with recommended selling prices and features all the information you need to place your order. The first catalogue has been very well received and Stax are already working on their 2010 catalogue that will be available early December.

Joint Managing Director, David Hibbert, commented

We are delighted we have been accepted to join the HTA. We see this as a natural move for our company as our reputation of being able to provide garden products at competitive trade prices with unrivalled support grows. We are keen to bring our expertise and support of the independents to more Garden Centres across the UK.”

Products now stocked cover chemicals and fertilizers, composts, garden tools, watering, gloves and clothing, furniture and barbecues as well as garden sundries and an aquatic range. All the top brands are available including Scotts, Doff, Hozelock, Sinclair, Cuprinol, Bayer, Vitax and Wilkinson Sword to name just a few.

Stax also has over 200 lines in its own brand SupaGarden range encompassing garden tools, composts, sundries, watering, netting, cane, trellis and gloves as well as a choice of SupaHome pest control products.
