3 Steps to becoming an on-line retailer
1. Sign up
To register your interest, pick up a leaflet in your local branch and send the completed interest form back to the free-post address. You will then be contacted to discuss your requirements, choose a relevant web address and discuss how you will receive on-line payments etc. Once you are happy the system is right for your business you will be required to sign up for a minimum of 12 months. You will have to pay a one off set up fee of £350 and £45 a month thereafter. Within 7 days you will be ready to start selling on-line.
2. Set up
Once the system is ready all you have to do is enter your shop details, including any specific messages you want to convey and decide which of the c40,000 lines you want to sell. It’s up to you whether the shop is purely mail order or on a reserve and collect in store basis. To take on-line payments there are a number of options available to suit your budget.
3. Put your feet up
You can now make a cup of tea, put your feet up and congratulate yourself on making your shop available to millions of customers.
