A person who can maximise all sales opportunities through a consultative selling style. A determined, precise and professional attitude is also essential along with excellent communication skills. You will possess the ability to understand and interpret customer's ideas to create inspirational and captivating designs. You will need to be able to work in a team environment that works together to achieve our core goals.
Main duties
To produce a clear and accurate plan from customer measurements.To advise customers on ranges and costed solutions to their plans.Making sure all information is accurately communicated to the customers.Liaise with the Buying Office and ensuring any problems are fully resolved to ensure ordering is carried out without any problems.Take payment in a confident and correct manner ensuring paperwork is fully completedFollow up existing customers of produced plans not turned into a sale.Prepared to travel for training purposes
Skills required
Knowledge of Winnerflex advantage but training available for the right candidate.A good speed combined with accuracy on keyboardsA very good use of email communication as you will have a lot of email communication with customers and other stakeholdersClear and confident telephone manner.Good communicator both written and verbalWork quickly, calmly & accurately under pressureExcellent customer service skills.Problem solvingProduct knowledge of kitchen range is an advantage
