I’m an electrician – can I register as a Stax customer?

Yes. As long as you use the products that we sell (i.e. cabling, electrical accessories, tools etc) to do your job then you will be eligible to join.

Do I have to pay in cash when I buy from Stax?

No. Although most customers do pay in cash you can also pay by credit or debit card or by prior arrangement with a company or personal cheque.

Do Stax deliver?

No. Stax is a cash and carry which means you have to visit your local branch to do your shopping and take it away with you.

Can I bring my children to visit Stax?

Due to the number of fork lift trucks in use for health and safety and insurance reasons we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 into our depots.
