Frequently Asked Questions

I’d like to set up my own website to sell Stax products. Can Stax offer any support in this?
Yes, under our Retail Web Programme we can help you develop your own e-commerce website, featuring as many of the Stax products that you want to sell, and with very little input and work from yourself - for just £45 per month and a one off set up fee of £350. For more information click here.

Do I have to pay in cash when I buy from Stax?
No. Although many customers do pay in cash, we offer a range of payment options, including credit or debit card and also the NEW Stax Charge Card. For more information on the charge card click here.

Do Stax deliver?
Whilst Stax is primarily a cash and carry wholesaler and don’t deliver as a rule, we have introduced a delivery service for some garden centres.  For more information speak to your local Stax branch manager

How many of my staff can visit Stax at any time?
We issue a maximum of two cards per business and each card allows two people to visit (one of whom must be the cardholder) so the maximum number of people that can visit from any business at one time is 4.

I’m an electrician – can I register as a Stax customer?
Yes. As long as you use the products that we sell (i.e. cabling, electrical accessories, tools etc) to do your job then you will be eligible to join.

Can I bring my children to visit Stax?
Due to the number of fork lift trucks in use for health and safety and insurance reasons we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 into our depots.

Do I get discount for buying in bulk?
Yes.  For most lines there is a 5% discount when you buy in case quantities.  For all Supa branded products this discount is 10%. And case quantities are not huge with most being 6’s or 12’s.

I can’t log in to get my own prices. What do I need to do?
If you haven’t recently registered you will need to submit your details on the Registration page. Click here to take me there.

If you have registered or are having difficulties send us an email to marketing@staxtradecentres.co.uk

You must include the following details:

• Your local branch
• Stax account number
• Trading name
• Account holder’s name
• Post code
• Telephone number

We will then be able to solve the issue for you by resending your username and password to your email address once the security check has been passed.
